3 months work…
Winter is well and truly here, the sunshine has been scarce but there is good news! It’s July and that’s more than half way through 2023! (Thank god!)
Summer will be here before we know it (yuss!!!) so now is the time to get focused. We want to be hitting the warmer weather happy, confident and feeling good about ourselves, don’t we?
Do you want to spend another year wishing you’d put in the hard yards to be stronger, leaner, fitter? OR do you want to do something about it NOW?
Imagine if you committed to yourself.
Imagine if you put in the work now.
Imagine where you could be in 3 months.
It won’t be easy but good things rarely come easy. The choice is yours to make.
At what point do we say “enough is enough” and we draw that line in the sand?
Think about your habits, your nutrition and your actions now. If you continue them for another 6 months, 1 years, 5 years what will your body look like? How will it feel? More importantly how will YOU feel?
If that picture isn’t looking great then you know what you need to do. You’ve found your line.
Take action, commit to bettering yourself, put in the work, put in the sacrifice and when Summer rolls around you will be so thankful you did.
